The Borderlands Brews 
Borderlands Lager
This medium-bodied Vienna lager is the flagship beer of Borderlands Brewing Company. It is fermented at a much lower temperature than traditional ales are, which slows down the yeast activity, and minimizes any unwanted flavors. This process creates a crisp beer that is an excellent thirst quencher. German immigrants introduced this technique to the region in the late 1800s, when they discovered that the mineral-rich water of the desert Southwest is very well suited for producing delicious lagers.
Food Pairings
It is best suited for enjoying alongside strongly flavored foods like chicken mole or carne asada.
